Booking / Security Deposits
A booking/cancellation/damage
deposit of €570 is payable on securing room which
is made up of the following:
A security/damage deposit of €300 refundable against
damages and missing items at the end of the academic
year.
A non-refundable €270 Utilities Charge. This covers
the cost of such payments as Cable TV, T.V Licence,
Broadband and Refuse Collection.
Rental Payments
The first payment must be
paid in full by Friday 15th of August 2008. The
room and deposit will be automatically forfeited
in the case of accounts not paid by this date.
The second payment must be made by Friday 12th
of December 2008.
Conditions of Occupancy
All residents are obliged
to abide by the rules in place for the development.
Residents are also responsible for the behaviour
of their guests while on the complex.
Occupants are responsible for insurance cover
on their own contents.
Please note that applications will be accepted
only for the entire occupancy period to May 2009.
No refunds of rental will be made in the event
of early vacation.
