2.What method of payment do you
accept?
Payment should be made by cheque made payable to ‘Donegan
Court’.

4.Is a security deposit required?
Once you are accepted for accommodation in Donegan Court,
we will ask for payment of a security deposit. See rates

5.Do you provide towels and linen?
We do not provide towels or bed linen

6.What kitchen appliances are provided?
All of the apartments have full cooking facilities:
crockery, kitchen utensils and modern appliances. All
kitchens have a stove, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer,
toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery and dishwasher.

7.Is there a telephone line in
the apartment?
There are no telephone lines in the apartments.

8.Can I use the Internet in the
apartments?
The internet in the apartment is a high speed broadband
connection. The internet points are located at the desks
in the bedrooms of the apartments and you can connect
by use of a ‘straight patch cable’.

9.Are there elevators?
Donegan Court has one elevator.

10.Is there heating in the apartment?
Each apartment has the benefit of an independent storage
heating system

11.Am I allowed to bring my pets
with me?
Pets are not permitted in Donegan Court with the exception
of Guide Dogs.

12.Are the apartments in safe area?
The apartments are located in safe and quiet area in
the city centre.

13.Is television provided?
All apartments are provided with a cable television.

14.What is the utilities charge?
The utilities charge is a one off payment made by students
to cover cable television, television licence, refuse
& internet access.

15. Is there car
parking?
There is one car space provided per apartment in our
secure underground car park

16.Is there bicycle storage?
There is a bicycle storage located in the car park

17. Are there property
inspection?
Property inspections take place approximately every
four weeks. You will receive a timetable at the start
of your tenancy. Apartments should be presented in a
clean and tidy manner.

18.If I apply, am I guaranteed
accommodation?
There are limited spaces in Donegan Court, and whilst
we try our best to accommodate every applicant, not
everyone is guaranteed accommodation.

19.If I leave early, will I get
a refund?
No, you will not receive a refund of rent paid.
